TERMS OF SALES

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
These terms and conditions relating to sales made by ARdémail.com.
 
ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY
Orders placed on our website engage the customer on receipt of an acknowledgment of order by email. The seller undertakes to respect the average time indicated on the website when ordering, but it is not a strict limit and ARdémail.com not be held liable for late delivery.
 
ARTICLE 3: CLAIMS & SHIPPING
Goods travel at the risk of the recipient it belongs in case of damaged or missing to make all necessary findings with the carrier within two days of receipt of goods. Complaints about defects or non-compliance of the product ordered, must be made in writing with return receipt within 48 hours after the arrival of the product. Failing to mention the delivery, no claims will be accepted after receipt of the goods, except for latent defects.
 
ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT
Payment is made as provided in the order. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid by it when ordering. All purchases are payable in cash when ordering.
 
 
SECTION 5: PRODUCT & WARRANTIES
Personalized plates in the unit are subject to special treatment for the laying of carnations to preserve the enamel coating and the ranges in order to ensure better durability. Other products, such as numbers, plates and small plates Paris rectangles and ovals do not undergo this treatment.
When laying ceramic plate, a rubber or other material must be interposed between the screw and the plate so as not to alter the enamel during screwing. Moreover, for plates that have not undergone treatment, a clear varnish can be applied all around the plate. Our products are guaranteed enamel steel a year. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from intentional or accidental shock. Any claim within the scope of the guarantee must reach us with proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase and the affected part.
 

ARTICLE 6: SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Pursuant to Articles 1641 of the Civil Code, the seller guarantees the buyer, in any event, all the harmful consequences of faults and defects that are likely to reveal the merchandise sold, subject to which the latter are reported as they arise.

In any event, the buyer must provide proof of the existence of hidden defects on the day of delivery. Return costs will be refunded in full and then also the exchange implemented immediately.

In case of refund, we guarantee that it is made by check within less than or equal to 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned package. Warning: This warranty does not apply:
- Products immediately reproducible unsealed
- Products made to specific demand: survey, customized products.
The defective item will be replaced as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 7: THE RETURN OF GOODS
All returns must be made in its original packaging. If an item is defective or not compliant, we are committed to exchange or refund, provided that it is returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice in the corresponding Ardémail Sanrival 7 days of receipt of the parcel to:

ARTICLE 8: ACCEPTANCE OF BUYER
These general conditions of sale and the prices are agreed and accepted by Buyer, who declares and admits having a perfect knowledge, and gives up, thereby to invoke any contradictory document, including its own Terms of purchase, the purchase act involving acceptance of these terms and conditions.
